After a stressful overseas deployment, Christina Mattison, E-RYT 500, became a certified yoga teacher to cope with her anxiety and negative self-talk. Now, she is passionate about helping women live life with more joy, strength, and resilience. She is the owner of Christina Mattison Yoga and offers dynamic in-person and virtual classes, private lessons, and corporate wellness programs. Christina is also the founder of Yoga Strong, a transformational yoga and mindset program that empowers women to take ownership of their own physical, mental, and spiritual health through sustainable wellness habits. Christina uses yoga and mindset coaching to help clients build strength and resilience, increasing their self-esteem and confidence. She infuses meditation and mindfulness to reprogram old beliefs and reconstruct clients’ relationships with themselves.
